In a building dating from 1900 we discovered architectural elements and materials representative of the original building processes. The combination of top quality materials and finishes were essential in creating warm and comfortable spaces.

A redistribution of the space made the dwelling more functional as requested by the clients.

Other highlights of the refurbishment included an air conditioning and extraction system with industrial sheet pipes, polished cement floors, kitchen furniture and low energy consumption appliances.
