Classical building located in Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes.

The owners chose traditional elements to highlight the original architectural aspects of the dwelling.

The living room centre piece cabinet was custom built and lacquered by hand. The parquet floor was sanded and varnished. We acquired and installed ceiling rosettes and skirting boards manufactured in the United States. In the kitchen we were able to achieve good distribution and excellent functionality gaining a modern space with all the comfort one would expect in a modern kitchen today.

The materials used throughout the refurb convey a sense of order and elegance in each of the renovated spaces.
